Club Details Load Process

The Clubs website tab shows a copy of the data held on Sport80.  Periodically, this needs to be updated to reflect changes in club data held on Sport80.  This link offers instructions in how to undertake that process.

Server Upgrade Process

WF use AWS Lightsail to provide their server environment.  This consists of a blueprint environment configured and tested to provide a specific environment.  

As new release are tested, a new blueprint is deployed. This is the process for deploying a new server

Stripe

WF use Stripe as payment processor.  Payments for events are paid into our Stripe account, from where they sweep into our bank account. 

For competitions, the payment comes in via Sport80; for events such as Commonwealths etc, we raise invoices via Stripe.
