Welsh Fencing ran an Athlete Development Programme Cymru day in Llandrindod Wells on 20th June 2026. The day welcomed over 36 young fencers from all across Wales and beyond.
Following a morning of connecting via a variety of games and fundamental movements & skill games the fencers had the opportunity to train with their peers in a number of scenarios on the piste.
This is a great reflection on the commitment and dedication of our fencing families, and it was great to see many fencers connecting with Welsh Fencing for the first time.
The next ADPC is set for the Autumn as we seek to provide opportunities for our fencers into the future, including the Cadet Winton Cup in December 2026.
