Notice is hereby given that the 2026 AGM of Welsh Fencing will be held on 22nd November 2026. It will be a hybrid meeting, details of which will be published on the Welsh Fencing website 28 days before the meeting, along with the statutory notices.

Our board for 2026 has been as follows:

- Aaron James: Treasurer
- Julian Nash: Safeguarding Lead
- Elaine Corcoran
- Erin Corcoran
- Mark Ridsdale
During the year, Elaine Corcoran and Erin Corcoran both tendered their resignation. In accordance with the Articles, both Rhian Martin and Julian Nash are required to resign, having reached their two-year tenure, although both are open to submit Nominations to resume their roles.
We are therefore seeking nominations for FOUR Directors, one of whom will be appointed Secretary.
Nomination Forms are attached, and should be submitted to the Secretary (secretary@fencing.cymru) no later than 27 September, 2026.
Motion Forms are attached, and should be submitted to the Secretary (secretary@fencing.cymru) no later than 11 October, 2026.
